Mazdoor ka paseena, qaum ki bunyaad,
Us ki mehnat se hai, mulk aabaad.
The laborer’s sweat is the nation’s foundation,
The country is prosperous due to his/her hard work.
Youm-e-Mazdoor hai, azmat ka din,
Us ki mehnat ka phal, paayega har fan.
It is Labour Day, a day of greatness,
Every skill will reap the fruit of his/her labor.

Haathon mein chhaale, maathe pe paseena,
Mazdoor banaata hai, mulk ka khazeena.
Blisters on hands, sweat on the forehead,
The laborer builds the nation’s treasure.

Mehnat kash ka darja, hai bahut buland,
Us ki badaulat hai, har khushi arjumand.
The status of the hardworking is very high,
Thanks to him/her, every happiness is noble.

Salaam un haathon ko, jo ta’meer karein,
Duniya ko khoobsoorat, jo tasveer karein.
Salute to those hands that build,
That paint the world beautifully.

Mazdoor ka haq do, na karo koi zulm,
Us ki dua se mile, Rabb ka karam.
Give the laborer his/her due, do not commit any oppression,
Through his/her prayer, God’s grace is received.

Yeh imaaratein buland, yeh sadkein kushaada,
Mazdoor ki mehnat ka, hai yeh iraada.
These tall buildings, these wide roads,
Are the intention (result) of the laborer’s hard work.

Youm-e-Mazdoor pe, ehd yeh karein hum,
Un ke huqooq ka, rakhenge khayaal hum.
On Labour Day, let’s make this pledge,
We will take care of their rights.

Woh jo khoon paseena, ek karta hai,
Wohi toh zamaane ko, sairaab karta hai.
He who mixes blood and sweat,
Is the one who quenches the thirst of the era.

Mazdoor ki taaqat, mulk ki taaqat,
Us ki izzat mein hai, qaum ki rif’at.
The laborer’s strength is the country’s strength,
In his/her honor lies the nation’s exaltation.

Na koi chhota kaam, na koi bada,
Mazdoor ki mehnat, sab se hai khara.
No work is small, nor any big,
The laborer’s hard work is the most genuine.

Subah savere uth kar, jo kaam pe jaaye,
Wohi toh khaandaan ka, pet bhar paaye.
One who wakes up early and goes to work,
Is the one who can feed his/her family.

Mazdoor ki aawaaz, buland honi chaahiye,
Us ka har mutaaliba, poora hona chaahiye.
The laborer’s voice should be loud,
His/her every demand should be fulfilled.

Yeh khet khaliyaan, yeh kaarkhaane sab,
Mazdoor ki mehnat se, chalte hain ab.
These fields, granaries, these factories all,
Run now due to the laborer’s hard work.

Us ke haathon mein hai, ta’meer ka hunar,
Mazdoor hi toh hai, qaum ka mo’tabar.
In his/her hands lies the skill of construction,
The laborer indeed is the nation’s respected one.

Youm-e-Mazdoor aaya, paighaam yeh laaya,
Mehnat ki azmat ko, sab ne saraaha.
Labour Day came, it brought this message,
Everyone praised the greatness of hard work.

Mazdoor ki duaayein, arsh hilaati hain,
Us ki aah-o-bukaa, rang laati hain.
The laborer’s prayers shake the Throne (of God),
His/her sighs and cries bear fruit.

Us ke baazuyon mein, hai quwwat-e-faulaad,
Mazdoor ki himmat, rahe hamesha shaad.
In his/her arms, there is the strength of steel,
May the laborer’s courage always remain joyful.

Jo rizq-e-halaal kamaaye, woh mazdoor,
Allah ke nazdeek, hai woh sab se maqdoor. (Maqdoor: powerful/valued)
The laborer who earns lawful sustenance,
Is the most valued/powerful in Allah’s sight.

Mazdoor ki zindagi, jaddojehad ka naam,
Us ki mehnat ko salaam, subah-o-shaam.
The laborer’s life is the name of struggle,
Salute to his/her hard work, morning and evening.

Us ke maathe ka paseena, motiyon se kam nahin,
Mazdoor ki azmat, kisi se kam nahin.
The sweat on his/her forehead is no less than pearls,
The laborer’s greatness is no less than anyone’s.

Youm-e-Mazdoor par, yeh azm karein sab,
Un ki bhalaai ka, sochenge hum ab.
On Labour Day, let everyone make this resolve,
We will now think of their well-being.

Woh jo banaata hai, ghar auron ke liye,
Khud aksar rehta hai, be-ghar be-saaye.
He who builds homes for others,
Often himself remains homeless, without shelter.

Mazdoor ka naara, inqilaab laayega,
Zulm ka har nizaam, mit jaayega.
The laborer’s slogan will bring revolution,
Every system of oppression will be erased.

Mehnat mein barkat hai, yeh qaul-e-Nabi hai,
Mazdoor ki kamaai, sab se achhi hai.
There is blessing in hard work, this is the Prophet’s (PBUH) saying,
The laborer’s earning is the best of all.

Us ke haathon ki lakeerein, taqdeer qaum ki,
Mazdoor ki mehnat, hai shaan-e-mulk ki.
The lines on his/her hands are the nation’s destiny,
The laborer’s hard work is the country’s glory.

Youm-e-Mazdoor tujhe, mubaarak ho aye mehnat kash,
Teri hi badaulat, hai duniya yeh dilkash.
May Labour Day be blessed for you, O hardworking one,
It is thanks to you that this world is captivating.

Woh jo pathar tod kar, banaata hai shaahkaar,
Mazdoor hi toh hai, asal fankaar.
He who breaks stones and creates masterpieces,
The laborer indeed is the real artist.

Mazdoor ki ummeedein, kabhi na tootein,
Us ke khwaabon ko, haqeeqat mein badlein.
May the laborer’s hopes never break,
May his/her dreams turn into reality.

Surkh parcham uthaaye, mazdoor chale hain,
Apne huqooq ki khaatir, woh ikatthe hue hain.
Carrying red flags, the laborers are marching,
For their rights, they have gathered.
